Situated within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, YHA Hawes features free private parking, a garden and an on-site restaurant and bar. Overlooking the Wensleydale countryside, the hostel is just 7 minutes’ walk away from the Pennine Way National Trail. The hostel is positioned on the Dales Cycle Way and just 0.5 miles from Wensleydale Creamery and Dales Countryside Museum. After a day exploring, guests can enjoy a meal in the licensed restaurant. The hostel is located in the small market town of Hawes, which has a regular market, as well as many shops, pubs and tearooms.

All guests must show a valid photo ID upon check-in. Driver’s license, passport, student ID or similarly recognised national identity cards are accepted. Group bookings: All bookings for 17 people or more cannot be accepted by YHA. Please note that towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can hire them at the property or bring their own. The majority of rooms contain bunk beds. Please note this property does not charge an additional temporary membership fee.
