Situated in central Edinburgh, Braveheart Guest House is 10 minutes’ walk from the International Conference Centre and 20 minutes’ walk from the castle. There is limited parking on site, and free Wi-Fi in public areas. You can use our dining room in the evenings up to 22:00, and each morning a continental breakfast is provided in the wooden-floored dining area. Alternatively, a wide range of restaurants can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. Rooms have a safe, a hairdryer, and a flat-screen TV. Each also comes with tea and coffee making facilities. The shops of bustling Prince’s Street are a 20-minute walk from Braveheart Guest House. Holyrood Park, where you can climb Arthur’s Seat, is 2 miles from the building.

Any damage made to rooms/furniture will be charged for. There are 2 parking spaces within 100 yards of the property and these cost GBP 8 per day. Please book parking in advance. Please note that this hotel does not accept American Express cards. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Guests must contact the guesthouse to arrange check in after 22:30.
