Residence Fior Di Mare is located in San-Nicolao and offers direct access to the beach, a terrace and a garden. Bicycle rental and watersport activities can be found within 500 metres of the residence. All villas feature a living area, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a terrace with sea or garden views and a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and refrigerator. Shops and restaurants are ideally located 200 metres away and horse riding and hiking can be found 1 km from the property. Santa-Lucia-di-Moriani is a 25-minute walk away and free private parking is possible on site.

Please note that a EUR 200 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, they are available at the property for EUR 15 per week and per person. Please note that if you plan on arriving outside of check-in hours, the property kindly asks that you let them know.
