The paid shuttle runs on a schedule from JR Hakone Yumoto Train Station every 15 minutes between 10:45 and 18:45. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Dinner is served between 17:30 and 20:30. Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 09:30.
