The family-run Hotel Sonnental offers traditional Bavarian food, free internet access and free parking. It is a 5-minute walk from Neusorg Train Station, in eastern Bavaria. All rooms at the Sonnental include free wired internet, satellite TV and a private bathroom. Many have a balcony. Rooms are located either in the main building or in the guest house opposite. The non-smoking Hotel Sonnental has a large garden with deckchairs and free Wi-Fi internet is available in the public areas. Nearby hiking and cycling trails run through the Oberpfälzer Wald and the Fichtelgebirge Nature Park. In the winter, guests can enjoy skiing, skating and tobogganing. The historic town of Marktredwitz can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Bayreuth is 40 km away.

Please note that the reception and restaurant are both closed from 14:00 on Sundays as well as all day on Mondays. On Sundays and Mondays, check-in is only possible between 18:00 and 20:00, or by prior arrangement. If you expect to arrive after 22:00, please inform Hotel Sonnental in advance. Rooms are either located in the main building or in the guesthouse located directly across from the main hotel building.
