A damages deposit of EUR 100 is payable in cash on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the villa has been checked. Key collection takes place at the offices of Villas Axarquia. Office opening hours from November to March: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:30. Office opening hours from April to October: Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00, Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:30. For arrivals outside office opening hours, check-in and key collection takes place at Hotel Jimesol, Calle Chaparril 16. If you expect to arrive outside office opening hours, please inform Villas Axarquia in advance. Cleaning is done upon departure. Sheets and towels are provided and are changed every 7 days.
